Three people go into the dark. Statistics say most of them don't come out.

R. Sable: Horror Files is a horror choose-your-own-adventure where every decision you make is logged, judged, and filed. You're not reading a story — you're inside one, making the calls a horror movie protagonist makes right before the screen cuts to black. Each scenario runs eight decision points. Every path ends somewhere. Most of them end badly.

Ryan Sable — a skull-faced investigator working for a shadowy organization called the Pale Commission — narrates the whole thing. When you die, he doesn't just tell you. He files a report. Every death generates a CLASSIFIED case file documenting exactly what you did wrong, in the same clinical, bureaucratic voice the Commission uses for every incident it's ever contained.

Three scenarios live now:

The Last One Standing — a slasher. Fourteen percent of players make it out.

What Lives in the Walls — a haunted house. Nine percent survive.

The Hollow Season — a creature feature. Eighteen percent survive.

Three more scenarios drop this summer.

What you get:

Real branching decisions — how you survive matters as much as whether you do

A CLASSIFIED case file for every death, written to sting

Tracked stats — how many players made the same call you did, how many endings you've discovered, your own permanent Commission case file number

No account required to start. Play in your browser, no install.

The Last One Standing is free, always. Founding Access unlocks every current and future scenario for a one-time price, plus a permanent discount on everything that comes after.

Would you survive? Most people don't.
